Mock Examinations

3A Tutors Ltd offers a comprehensive GCSE, IGCSE and A-Level mock examination service in most subjects for all the major UK based examination boards. The service is available to all students, regardless of whether they plan to study or sit their actual examinations with us.

Sitting a mock examination involves completing an up-to-date past paper (often a restricted paper only available in-centre) under full examination conditions at our centre in Bristol. Following completion of the mock examination, the paper is professionally marked, and students receive an overall grade / mark. Students can also request a written report that summarizes their strenghts and weakness, as well as provides notes and suggestions on ways to improve moving forward. The report is often invaluable in helping the student to prepare for the actual examination!

Mock examinations are available throughout the year, including Saturday and Sunday mornings (subject to staff availability). The student can choose the date they would like to complete the mock examination.

Alternatively, students can access past papers from the relevant examination board’s website which are then completed at home. Completed mock papers are then either posted or scanned and emailed to us for assessment; resulting in a mock grade / mark being assigned and a written report prepared (if requested). Students that choose to complete their mock examinations at home will not have access to the latest papers as these are restricted to in-centre use only.
