We are delighted to be running our next series of Fast Track courses for Maths GCSE and English IGCSE at the start of next month.
What are fast track courses?
Fast track courses are six-month courses specifically designed to help students obtain a qualification quickly, in a friendly and supportive environment. We teach simple methods to enable you to answer examination questions successfully. Students use the grades they achieve to progress their careers or secure a place in higher education.
Who can apply?
These courses are open to everyone. There are no age restrictions or entry qualifications required to register. You can register for one of both courses, depending on your needs.
They are suitable for any students who have struggled in the past with the subjects or received disappointing grades they want to improve on. The courses can also benefit students who are taking the qualification for the first time and want to progress quickly.
What is involved?
Our fast track courses start the week beginning the 9th November.
Each course lasts for twenty weeks. It comprises of a weekly two-hour lesson, held on a weekday evening. This is then supplemented with approximately four hours of home study per week.
Lessons take place at our Staple Hill Centre in Bristol.
The GCSE Maths class will take place on Tuesday evenings from 6pm-8pm.
The IGCSE English class will take place on Thursday evenings from 7pm-9pm.
Examinations will take place at our Examination Centre in Bristol, which is the same place as the weekly lessons.
The cost of the course includes all lessons, the final examination and textbooks for Maths GCSE. An anthology is provided for IGCSE English Language.
